What You Bring
to the Table - Do We Vibe?

Ready to grow with us? Here is what you will need to thrive on the purple path to app marketing.

  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in app marketing, agency life, and new technologies like AI & automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Google Spreadsheets & Scripts)
  • Proactive, communicative, and collaborative — comfortable working with both team members and clients, and confident in sharing ideas or asking questions
  • Analytical and well-organized, with a structured working style and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, open to feedback, and committed to growing both professionally and personally
  • High level of commitment, responsibility, and hunger to gain hands-on experience and make things happen
  • You could move into a role as an Associate at Customlytics.
  • Find your perfect fit and join one of our Specialist teams (ASO & Paid Media,
    CRM, or Design).
  • Alternatively, you might dive into our Consulting team, helping clients shape
    and execute mobile growth strategies.
  • And this is just the beginning. With regular performance reviews and ongoing development opportunities, we will support your long-term career path every
